A Voice of Velvet: Timothy Ridout & De Valette Chamber Orchestra, Teatru Manoel
November 20 @ 12:00 AM
Violist Timothy Ridout joins the De Valette Chamber Orchestra, under music director Carmine Lauri, for A Voice of Velvet at Teatru Manoel in Valletta on Friday 20 November 2026 at 19:30.
The programme puts the viola centre stage, with Bruch’s Romance, Schubert’s Arpeggione Sonata, Joseph Vella’s Rapsodija Maltija and Mendelssohn’s String Octet arranged for string orchestra.
Tip: suitable for ages 6+, so a nice first classical concert for older children.
